White-Listing Helps Ensure Continued Email Delivery
Dear Ezine Subscriber,
As a recipient of our Ezines, you probably have some control over receiving them. One of these controls is called a White-List, or a list of approved senders. Add our sending address to a list of approved senders in your Email delivery system to let your Email provider know that you want to receive our messages.
Add the Email address:
sender_address@sender_domain.com
to the approved sender list according to the instructions for the appropriate Email services below. (Substitute the Ezine sender address and domain in the above example.)

White-List Instructions for Other Email Providers
Popular e-mail programs, including Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, Thunderbird, and Netscape Mail, don't provide a convenient way for you to white-list addresses, because they work in conjunction with an Internet Service Provider. If you're using this sort of e-mail system and you either aren't getting your Email from us or want to make sure you continue to receive your email in the future, you can do something about it.
Contact customer service at the your Internet Service Provider (the company that provides your e-mail or Internet connection). Explain to them that WebValence e-newsletters are not spam. Ask them if they can white-list the email. They'll probably ask you for some information about us. Here's what to tell them:
1. Sending Address: If they ask for our address, give them the:
- sender_address@sender_domain.com
2. Domain: If they need to know the domain we're mailing from, tell them:
3. IP Address: If they ask for our sending IP address, give them all 3 below:
- 66.179.49.247
- 66.179.49.240
- 66.179.49.234
